They're Probably Doing It

There's an evil lion in the mirror and he's cyber-stalking me, momma! I better cyberstalk the crap out of him back!

Excellent reporting as usual via Stacy McCain on the conflagration I like to call Social Media Gate (encompassing TwitterGate, Weinergate, and KimberlinGate).

In this installment he takes a look at the machinations of a Brett Kimberlin associate and Democrat operative named Neal Rauhauser, a self-described hacker.

Stacy notes an amusing psychological "tic" that Rauhauser and the rest seem to display: whatever harm they claim is being done to them, is exactly what they are doing to others.

...a typical psychological projection by Rauhauser: He sicced his vicious "beandogs" on Tea Party people and then, when he was busted by Read and Lessick, Rauhauser complained that he was the victim of "cyberstalking" and accused Lessick of a libelous "smear."

Exactly so. If you want clues as to what a liberal thug is up to, look to what he's accused others of doing.

The accusations are long, varied, and frightening: criminal conspiracies! Libel! Slander! Smears! Stalking! Lies! Distortions! Racism! Fascism! Totalitarianism! Voter fraud! Denial of the Vote! Violence! Denial of free speech!

And anyone who isn't a team-playing progressive thug is outright evil, and must be stopped no matter what the cost. And if you think of your opposition as pure evil, then there's no tactic that's out of bounds.

Unless I miss my guess, September through November are going to be difficult months.
